Yes, all paintings available on the website are original works created by Iva Tsolova-Kutsarova. Each piece is signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Iva occasionally accepts commissions depending on her availability and project alignment. If you’re interested in a custom artwork, please reach out through the contact form or email connect@ivatsolovakutsarova.com with your idea.

All orders are shipped from Sofia, Bulgaria. Shipping is available worldwide.

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping time depends on your location:

• • Domestic Shipping: 3–10 business days

• • International Shipping: 10–21 business days (customs delays may occur). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund or replacement (if applicable).

Because each artwork is unique, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted in cases of damage during shipping. Please see the Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

Iva donates 20% of proceeds from all art sales to NGOs focused on wildlife conservation and environmental protection. Additionally, 10% of profits from her sustainable children’s clothing brand, AIA+GAIA, are also donated to nature-focused initiatives.

AIA+GAIA is a social enterprise co-founded by Iva and her mother-in-law, Aneta, that creates sustainable, awareness-raising clothing for children. The designs are inspired by endangered animals and aim to spark environmental consciousness from an early age. Learn more at aia-gaia.com.
